E20 - Immortal, Lifeless Vampires, Fantastic Foxes, Quick Educations, Precious Preciouses and Dull Apocalypses

Recorded 11/29/09, episode 20 of The Same Dame Podcast sadly focuses too much on a film by the name of "New Moon." But don't fear! There are also reviews of "Fantastic Mr. Fox," "An Education," "Precious" and "2012." And in lieu of any news worth reporting, Jeremy and Chris tell increasingly offensive jokes sure to drive away the few listeners they have.

And if you're wondering why THIS one took so long, Jeremy's belief that he found a workaround to Soundtrack Pro's shittiness proved false.

E01 - 2008 in Review, Oscar Noms, Bale Blowup, etc.

Well, it's time for The Same Dame to premiere its first podcast, which has been delayed due to various technical difficulties, including a dead computer that ultimately prevented further editing. But we can't sit on this dynamite any longer folks, so here is the first of many hours Chris Bellamy and I will spend yapping about movies. This episode includes our top 10 list of 2008, some Oscar musings and our reactions to what's now old news.

We'll be improving both the technical side and the content in the coming episodes, but hopefully this one isn't too bad. So as long as I've adequately lowered your expectations, please subscribe and have a listen!

A quick correction that wasn't made during the recording: Chris went out of his way not to look at my Top 10 list, so we're both going in unaware of the other's choices.
